Relationships Fuel Transformation.

Matt Crane

Owner | Trainer

“There is nothing I love more than helping people reach their full potential. WHATEVER IT TAKES!”

Who is Matt Crane, aka the HurriCrane? He is a normal, everyday guy trying to make a positive impact on people’s lives in any way he can.  He strives every day to live a life of gratitude, humility, and passion to help others.  His hope is that people see him as someone they can relate to, identify with, and ultimately be inspired to know they can have what they want in life.  He brings passion, motivation, and intensity to each session, but most importantly, seeks to build and maintain relationships that focus on client development in and out of the gym.  Matt truly wants a total change of self for his clients and not just a physical transformation.  Whatever your goal – weight loss, muscle gain, or to simply achieve a new level of fitness, Matt will help you get there while chasing the bigger goal, improving your life beyond the walls of a gym.

Mike Smith

Owner | Trainer

“Fitness is so much more than exercise . It's a catalyst for positive change, and it affects every aspect of your life.”

Mike’s goal is to help improve his clients’ quality of life by being a teacher, mentor, motivator and a great communicator. Each client is different, and he listens to what his clients’ goals are and creates a plan to help them achieve those goals.

His training style combines the benefits of dynamic training and rehabilitation exercises, producing both increased muscle strength and improvements in body mechanics. Mike also likes to incorporate circuit training to advance clients’ cardiovascular health. Together, these training styles will help you feel and see the changes you are seeking.

He emphasizes the benefits of exercise and how strength, flexibility, functional training and proper nutrition can lead to a better appearance and positive outlook. His goal is to teach safe and effective exercises through great technique and superior form in a fun and enjoyable manner.

Sam Robinson

Trainer

“I love people...being around them, serving them, and helping them become the best version of themselves.”

Sam’s philosophy to personal training is never underestimate anyone and always overestimate everyone. With over 15 years of training experience, Sam believes that if you have faith in the person that you’re working with, you can accomplish amazing feats together. Sam doesn’t view training simply as a trainer-client relationship, but rather as a team that works together to achieve a common goal — willing to go the extra mile to help others reach their goals. He utilizes the same techniques that he incorporates into his own training and is readily adaptable to any challenge that presents itself. Sam believes that health is one of the most valuable commodities we have and the better in shape we are in, the healthier and happier we feel.
